The Work

WooCommerce Case Studies

Real stores, and what we actually did to them.

No vanity metrics, no “300% growth” screenshots. Here's the work: what the store looked like when it landed on us, what we changed, and what it takes to keep it running.

Well-Trained Mind Press

One catalog, four storefronts, and a warehouse on the end of it.

Four sites, more than 1,000 products, and print, digital, audio, and subscriptions in one checkout. We rebuilt the storefront, wired it to the warehouse, and have carried the queue ever since.

Where buying a box also buys permanent access to a video library.

A monthly craft kit that also grants streaming access to a growing workshop library. Which videos a member can open depends on the subscription they hold, when it started, and whether it was a gift. The longest-running engagement on this page.

One Farm

A store that has to know what it is allowed to sell you.

CBD is regulated state by state and product by product, and the rules move. Checkout enforces them at the line-item level and explains itself when it blocks a sale.

The store is also the front door to the video library.

Memberships unlock the streaming classes, which makes a checkout bug and a content-access bug the same bug. We migrated the legacy library in, track what every member watches, and keep the gate working.

Blumvox Studios

The school, the magazine, and the billing behind them.

We built the learning platform, the member hub, and the monthly magazine on WooCommerce, plus the installment billing underneath. In a store like this the interesting bugs are financial.
