The Problem

Your caching plugin can't
cache the pages that
make you money.

Cart, checkout, and my-account are excluded from page caching by design. They have to be: cache them and customers start seeing each other's carts. So the three pages standing between a visitor and an order are the three pages your caching plugin was never able to help with.

Meanwhile the rest of the store has problems a plugin can't reach either. Slow TTFB on category pages comes from unindexed product queries joining across postmeta. Cart fragment AJAX fires on every page whether there is a cart or not. Your checkout loads scripts from a payment gateway, a shipping calculator, and a tax service before the customer can type anything.

Plugins can't fix architecture problems. You need someone who can read a waterfall chart and a slow query log.

What We Optimize

Full-stack store performance.
Not just a caching plugin.

We work every layer: database, server, assets, rendering, and CDN, with the cart and checkout path treated as its own problem. Each optimization is measured before and after.

Product Query Profiling

Variable products with dozens of attributes generate expensive postmeta JOINs. We profile the queries behind your catalog, filters, and search, add the indexes they need, and clean up the meta bloat that has been accumulating for years.

Cart Fragments & Render-Blocking Assets

WooCommerce fires cart fragment AJAX on every page by default. We disable it where it is not needed and optimize it where it is, then defer, inline, or remove the scripts your theme and extensions load globally. This alone can cut 500ms or more from a page load.

Catalog Image Pipeline

Product galleries, variation swatches, and category grids are where store weight hides. Compression, WebP and AVIF conversion, responsive srcsets, and lazy loading done right: a proper build-time pipeline, not a plugin that re-compresses on every page load.

Caching That Respects the Cart

Page cache, object cache, browser cache, CDN cache. Four layers that have to work together and know when to get out of the way. We configure Redis for sessions and cart data, and set exclusion rules so cart, checkout, and my-account never serve a stale page to the wrong customer.

Checkout Critical Path

Payment gateways, shipping calculators, tax lookups, and coupon validators each add scripts and third-party API calls to checkout. We audit the critical path and cut what is not load-bearing, so conversions do not die waiting for a page to respond.

CDN & Edge Configuration

Cloudflare, Fastly, or your host's CDN, with cache rules that understand a store: static assets and product images at the edge, cart and checkout always at origin, and a purge strategy that fires when inventory or pricing changes.

Third-Party Script Audit

Analytics, chat widgets, review platforms, ad pixels, and the tag manager container nobody has opened in two years. Stores accumulate more of these than any other kind of site. We measure what each one costs you and load the survivors so they don't block the page.

How It Works

Profile, fix, monitor. Repeat.

01

Profile

Full store performance audit: server response times, product and cart queries, asset waterfall, and Core Web Vitals broken out by template. Product pages, category pages, cart, and checkout are measured separately, because they fail in different ways.

02

Fix

We tackle the highest-impact issues first, and anything touching cart, checkout, or payments is tested on staging with real transactions before it ships. Measurable before and after on every change.

03

Monitor

Core Web Vitals tracked monthly across your key templates. When an extension update or a new product import causes a regression, we catch it and fix it before it shows up in your conversion rate.
